Heart shaped brooches were popular in Scotland in the 17/18th centuries. The placing of two hearts together to form an 'M' shape resulted in them being known as 'Queen Mary brooches'
This pendant is inspired by these historic pieces. The pearls are 17 in/ 43 cm long with 3.5 cm x 4 cm wide silver pendant.

The perfume in the bead is said to be that of the "original pomander" while the earrings are unperfumed and are 3.5 cm long.
